Thomas Geis has been actively involved in software and hardware development projects for more than 30 years. He primarily conducts User Requirements Sprints and Context of Use Analyses . Thomas is also a trainer for our Advanced Level Seminar “User Requirements Engineering (CPUX-UR), editor of ISO 9241-110 “Interaction Principles” and author of the textbooks “Basiswissen Usability und User Experience” and “Praxiswissen User Requirements”.

Jan Harmsen has been working as a Usability and Software Engineer since 2001, specializing in User Interface Development, Requirements Engineering and Project Management with a strong understanding of the application side from the user's perspective and the technical side from the developer's perspective. As a determined and structured Project Manager, he has supported clients for many years as a Team Lead in Project Management in large software development and implementation projects.

Guido Tesch studied computer science (specializing in AI and psychology) and has been working as a UX professional since 2000 with a focus on Context of Use Analysis, UX Architecture / Conception, UI Prototyping and Usability Testing. He is a trainer for “Usability and User Experience – Foundation Level (CPUX-F)” and Advanced Level “Designing Solutions (CPUX-DS)”. He is a member of the DIN committee for the development of the ISO 9241 series of standards and author of the textbook “Basiswissen Usability und User Experience”.

Simon Birke studied communication design and is an enthusiastic UX Professional with more than 10 years of experience in the conception and design of user interfaces. He feels at home in agile working environments and has already ensured this himself as a certified Product Owner and Scrum Master. As a Consultant for Human-Centered Design, Simon Birke advises and supports clients across industries with a focus on User Interface Prototyping and Usability Testing. He is also a trainer for “Usability and User Experience – Foundation Level (CPUX-F)” and “Essentials UX and HCD Management Basics (CPUX-M)”.

Marco Urso is a Certified Tester (CTFL) and Certified Professional for Usability & User Experience (CPUX-F). As a Usability Tester, he is responsible for quality assurance and the continuous improvement of the quality of use of interactive systems in customer projects.

Joerg Beringer has decades of international experience in leading roles as UX Chief Architect and Chief Design Officer. In addition to building UX organizations, as a design strategist he has advised companies on transitioning their product portfolios to cloud platform, big data, and artificial intelligence. His passion is designing innovative and transformative solutions that scale and are embraced by users.
