User Research / Context of Use Analysis

We collect empirical contextual information from your users through interviews or by observing them perform tasks in their everyday work. The collected data is documented and evaluated for you in our ProductManager® tool. During the evaluation, tasks and requirements are identified that form the basis for deriving user requirements.

User Requirements Engineering

Based on identified requirements from a context of use analysis or based on an agile sprint with selected users (lead users), we derive requirements (especially user requirements) and link these to the user tasks to be supported.
