Essentials in UX and HCD Management (CPUX-M)
One-day seminar to prepare for the CPUX-M certification
In this seminar you will learn basic and practical management concepts around User Experience (UX) and Human-Centered Design (HCD). The main focus is on the corporate language for UX professionals and the relationship between business goals and UX goals as well as how to successfully engage management.
The seminar is based on the CPUX-M curriculum of the International Usability and User Experience Qualification Board (UXQB), which is recognized by 5 professional associations of usability professionals: German UPA, UX Switzerland, UXpro Austria, UXPA UK and UX Danmark.

Depending on event location and date this seminar is available in German or English.
Target Audience
Individual UX professionals, UX professionals in a team, UX consultants, individuals without formal UX training, product owners and (UX) managers who want to consider as well as embed UX and Human-Centered Design for their work environment also on a strategic and organizational level.
A CPUX-F certification is recommended as a prerequisite, but not required.

The theoretical exam takes place online by individual appointment.
Certification Test (optional)
After the seminar, the certification test for UXQB® Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience - Essentials in UX and HCD Management (CPUX-M) can be taken. The seminar can also be booked independently of the exam. The examination fee is an additional 315 euros plus VAT.
The maximum number of participants for a seminar is 10.
Price
For a one-day seminar (for attendance seminars incl. catering during the seminar):
- Early bird*: EUR 675 plus VAT
- Regular: EUR 750 plus VAT
For a two-day seminar (incl. catering during the seminar):
- Early bird*: EUR 1,300 plus VAT
- Regular: EUR 1,450 plus VAT
The examination fee is an additional EUR 315 plus VAT (EUR 252 plus VAT for members of UXQB associations like e.g. the German UPA)
