Writing of CPUX-UT in front of a group of people

Usability Testing means testing the usability of software and/or hardware ("interactive systems") with the help of real or future users. The earlier in the development process real users test a product, the earlier solutions that prove successful can be developed further and solutions that prove unfavorable can be discarded.

Usability testing is increasingly used beyond functional testing as a success-critical quality measure before the roll-out of interactive systems.

In this advanced-level seminar, you will learn how to plan, execute, and document professional usability tests in development projects early and systematically, and how to communicate the results so that the findings are actually implemented. Furthermore, you will learn how to execute usability inspections independently and how to survey users professionally.

The seminar is based on the CPUX-UT curriculum of the International Usability and User Experience Qualification Board (UXQB) and concludes with the certificate examination for "UXQB® Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience - Advanced Level Usability Testing and Evaluation".
